If he were a 5'6 bald man he would have ended up in jail for assault.

I wouldn't recommend anyone do this regardless of height. You've been living under a rock if you think that a random 6' dude could walk. up and do something like this, or that this type of behavior is common. This is the #MeToo and accusation era. A friend of mine who is 6'2 was recently arrested because of a false allegation that arose from him simply flirting.

i agree-it was an insane thing to do especially because it was during COVID when people were being arrested for not social distancing or wearing masks.  it is likely that his past tremendous success with women gave him the courage to kiss her because the thought that she may not appreciate it never crossed his mind.  pretty privilege is not only true for women so actions which are considered offensive when done by average & below men are welcomed when done by a top 10% guy.
