Napoleon Complex is just a myth. This is an old article from BBC, but well written and based on several studies.

Proof that the proverbial "Napoleon Complex" doesn't exist. It's actually the Giant or Tall Man Complex.

I've seen this complex at work and in sports where a taller guy feels threatened when a shorter guy outperforms him.
