Best shoes that add an inch or two but look normal?

Hey guys. I'm looking for dressy or casual shoes that add an inch or two but not height increasing shoes. They all look weird, fake and cheap. What shoes do you wear when you go out?

Most dress shoes normally have 1-2 inches of padding, insoles or sloped heels. Have you looked at Eastlands or Kenneth Coles? Do an ebay search.

^^^ I second Eastlands. I own a couple of pairs of burgundy colored ones and wear them with khakis. They're as high as you can go while still looking normal. Stay away from Doc Martins.
