Harder To Find Work If You're Short?

I am a recent college grad who has applied to a number of advertising firms. I've applied on Craigslist, Monster and Media-Match. Becuase of the experience gained through my internships, I frequently receive call backs for phone interviews. I always seem to make it through, but when I actually get to the in house interview (don't 11 of these), I never get called back and interviewees seem to be less excited during interviews.

I am 5'2 and wondering if my height is getting in the way of me getting my foot in the door. How do you guys handle this?

You will encounter Heightism but your skills should get you through the door. You will never know unless you go back to where you interviewed and see who got the job.

Robert Reich is 4'10. Learn interviewing skills and hone your craft. Your smarts will matter most and should shine through during any interview.
