The second image hits the feels.

I remember my mother making me feel like something was wrong with me around that age because I wasn't as tall as she wanted me to be.

She didn't say this outright, but I do remember her face of disappointment when my pediatrician told me that I was at my final height.

I'll never forget that facial expression.

It all worked out though because I found my own confidence and even back then, I was okay with being me.

I cannot say that Reddit didn't deliver. As horrid as some of the responses are, they pulled no punches and gave him everything straight no chaser.

I do notice that the men responding are more realistic, while the women are virtue signaling. Also, what's great is the men who concern-troll are called out and humbled.

I've been on that site many times. It has to be one of the most toxic forums on the internet and that's just in general. Their commentary on short men is some of the worst I've read anywhere. This particular post is light work compared to the others on that site.
