I started eating one hardboiled egg everyday and I have had a big number of people tell me not too but the reason I started is because other people told me how good it was. So I am lost. What are your thoughts?

They are fine in my book. I don't follow what others say. If it was good for you 100 years ago, you are fine to eat it today.

Eggs are eggs. Just like coffee, someone will always debate it. There are people who believe milk is poison, or meat is. Just go with your body.
