How cool is this man? Though I think logistically this could be a monumental tasks. Imagine any mistakes and it being near impossible to get rescue machines to the moon, which I believe requires three days of transit under perfect conditions.

Still cool though!

That's the first thing I was thinking. How would they pull this off. It might be the same way they've been planning for future Marrs missions.

They'll most first identify a staging area and then bring in equipment on multiple unmanned missions. From there, humans assisted with huminoid robots can start building these bases. Underground or otherwise.
