How to cure leaky gut?

I jut found out it is an issue I have. Not sure what to do about it. My doc told me I need to change my eating habits or it can get worse over time and lead to anything from food allergies to auto-immune diseases. Yike!

That doesn't sound good. I would get you want to see what is causing you the problem. From what I know you want to control you bacteria and get that in order then the leaky gut will heal.

Had to google it lol from what I read, eat better. That is about all you can do and the body will heal itself. OR you can take my approach when my stomach is bugging me and drink a lot of tea, lemon juice in water, and avoid soda.

Just eat better and drink only tea and water and you should be fine. Plenty of people correct this with diet alone in less than 6 months.

Thanks guy and gals. I have been doing my best to eat better. My doc thinks it is stress related so I just have to take it easy and find things I enjoy doing to pass the time and not think too much on bad things.
