Do you workout to get fit or to lose weight?

When you workout, do you do it to get fit and build muscle, or, do you do it just to lose weight? Also, do you do it for both reasons? Personally I just workout so I stay at a weight I like. I don't really lift a lot or try to build muscle a lot, but maybe one of these days I will. As of right now, I prefer to just stay healthy.

What is your weight? I am a naturally skinny guy, so I workout to maintain a weight through muscle. As a shorter guy, we have to be ahead of the curve. Call it overcompensation of what have you, but the right cuts will boost up your SMV by many points.
