How often do you work out?

I try to get in 3 days a week. Sometimes I do 5, sometimes I only do one. I am in decent shape. I could stand to lose 10 pounds but I am not over weight by any means. Just got a little gut.

I run on my treadmill Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I just got done 40 minutes ago actually. Showered now I am browsing forums. I also do weight/strength training on Tuesdays and Thursdays,

I go to the gym at least 4x a week and train diff parts of my body whenever I go. I also watch my diet, count calories and do cardio 2x a week.

Johnny Candito is a world class natty powerlifter and Youtuber. He's 5 ft 7 and can deadlift 655lbs

He has a 6 week strength program and a linear program for free on his website. Both are really solid and he actually uses the 6 week program to prepare for powerlifting meets but even beginners can use it

Pretty impressive. I try to go to the gym 5 days a week. Sometimes it ends up being 4 or even 6.

I try to do 3 times a week bare minimum with weights. I like to just keep my muscles active even thought I am not as young as I used to... Well, that is obvious haha
