You know, all this say that the short man makes minimal financial gain compared to the taller man really provokes me. So, I wanted to ask: What are career do you have? or What are you pursuing?

I am a nurse but my fiance works in an office building. He feels he makes less than a lot of his coworkers.

I never had issues at work to my knowledge but who knows. Most racism goes unnoticed now a days. They would much rather make everything else seem racist.

What kind of office job though? I am curious because I too work in an office and I feel like I am well off compared to others.

Same with me but I have seen it all happen just never to the extent of effecting pay.
