So a lot of you seem perplexed about the whole ideal of Feminism and shorter men. I am hearing many questions that go: "If feminism is for the empowered woman, why does she need a taller man?" or "How does heightism affect woman?"

I'm going to shed light on these issues.

Feminism nowadays is striving for MORE ADVANTAGES for the woman. Feminism does NOT help the shorter men; in fact, it's more harmful. Why? Because it empowers the woman to do whatever she wants, and that is to go for TALLER men. Feminism is harmful for the shorter man.

Heightism affects woman in a POSITIVE way. In fact, I'd argue that heightism is being accentuated by woman RATHER than men. When a woman receives "amicable" acts of heightism towards her, such as a pat on the head or treated like a child, please keep in mind she likes it. A lot of woman nowadays follow this ideal of being cute and feminine.

All in all, the institutionalized, contemporary feminism and heightism affects the woman POSITIVELY and the shorter men NEGATIVELY.

I registered here after reading this post. I think the dating thing is absolutely perpetuated and enforced by women. I don't get how they "blame" patriarchy for this, especially when they can change this behavior with their own decision making.

How do you figure it is women who affect this overall?

In terms of a scenario in which the woman goes for a "dirtbag," which is, of course, a bad decision, she doesn't care because he has "good" genes.

I am a firm believer that humans have no instincts. There is no "programming" for women, it's just a convenient excuse (and allows women to pass the buck saying things like "I can't help what I'm attracted to".

This is all social conditioning. There are whole societies (documented) where height doesn't mean jack sh**.

Humans have no insticts eh?
Why dont you tap 150k years back in the future and see how different humans are now from then? The answer is basically close to 0.
Humans are animals just as much as your pet dog, or the sea turtle you saw on your last holiday is.
When you put every animals survival method in a nutshell, you will see that humans base behavior is the ~same.

I would recommend you watching the movie "Lucy" and listen to Morgan Freeman' lecture. Even tho the movie is fictional based on a theory about brain capacity and dimensions i still think it would benefit your general view on this topic.
Imo, saying that you dont believe accepted facts, is the same as running from the reality that we live in!

Ohh and btw.

- Fear is an instinct to keep you alive in dangerous situations

- Anger is an instict which serves the same purpose as ^

- Guilt is an instict

- Anxity is an instict

i could keep going, basically every feeling you feel in your body is an instict.
