Would eating a high protein diet do anything?

I just turned 17 so I have a few years left where I can grow. Do you think if I started eating a high protien diet and worked out, it would make a difference in my height? I would like to have one last growth spert of atleast 2 or 3 inches.

Your height is your height and is determined by your DNA. If you're eating a great diet and you're 17, chances are you are the height you're going to be.

Some guys hit one last growth spurt around your age but it is not likely. I am sorry to say. Women are the ones who continue growing into their 20's, not men.

It could or it could do nothing. I wouldn't focus on this at this point. Only maybe 15% of guys hit a growth spurt past 17. D what you said to be healthy.
