5'6 Rookie Half Back Tarik Cohen Is Making Noise In The NFL
Love this guy. Very humble, competitive and takes no mess with height jokes and comments. I like his retort, "Akeem is like 5'11 if I'm 4'9" referencing a jab at his height from a much taller teammate. |

Was the Mayweather vs McGregor fight great for smaller guys?
Once upon a time boxing was for the big boys, think Tyson, Holyfield, Ali. Nowadays Boxing is dominated by Smaller Men. Conor McGregor is the best of MMA/UFC while Floyd Mayweather is undisputedly the greatest boxer of our generation. I've actually heard people complain that heavyweights aren't making the same noise the smaller guys are. What do you guys think? |

since basketball players are taller now, why don't they raise the hoop
back in the day, most basketball players were average height. now most are pushing 7' yet they haven't changed the rules of the game. doesn't this give basketball players an unfair advantage? if they raised the hoop to like 10' wouldn't it be more challenging? don't tell me that the 6 footers are really good. i know this but they curve smaller basketball players for this very reason it's not like football |

Did you play a sport?
Share about a team you play on, if you did. When I was in high school I was on the football team for 2 years. I only quite because I wanted to focus on my studies in senior year. I enjoyed it but being short I knew I wasn't getting a a free ride into college. |

I just ordered a new jersey, dug out all my sports crap. I am in the zone! Everyone is getting hyped and I am seeing all the sports heads wearing their gear. I am excited. I love the fall. Black and yellow all around! |

Are Green Bay cornerbacks too short?
Okay so I am a Packers fan and saw this and thought I would share. " Green Bay — Year by year and player by player, the Green Bay Packers have relaxed their organizational insistence upon the 6-foot cornerback. When Terrell Buckley (5-9, 175) failed as the team's fifth overall pick in the 1992 draft, GM Ron Wolf instituted a "never again" ban on short cornerbacks that was broken in the last generation only by Mike Sherman with Ahmad Carroll (5-9½, 190) in 2004. Arguably the Packers' six best cornerbacks since the edict went into effect were Doug Evans (6-0½, 190), Craig Newsome (5-11½, 190), Mike McKenzie (6-0, 194), Al Harris (6-1, 190), Charles Woodson (6-1, 202) and Tramon Williams (5-11, 191)." |
