I run just fine. I do sprints and run 3 miles twice a week. I play football, basketball, soccer and bike a lot. Stiffness occurred in the first year or so after recovery, but with regular stretching I was fine. The procedure is a memory now and I don't feel pain.
My original height was 5'6, and now I'm just under 5'9 (5'8.7, but I say 5'9 because it's easier). I want you to watch this video where this woman says that boob jobs, butt jobs, botox are all okay if you do it for you and it makes you feel good about yourself. We know that society does not allow men to take the same opinion, but you have one life. If this makes you happy and you have the money, and it is less expensive than it was even ten years ago, I say go for it! You only have one life.
