Based on my height, at what point would you say bicepts would be too large to the point where it looks like I'm "compensating"?

There is no right answer for this. I used to work with a guy who was 5'5 and had 18 inch biceps. Some may have said he was overcompensating, but no one would ever tell him that because he looked so intimidating.
