I think this is a great move by Dunkin'. Positive media reinforcement won't change people's preferences, but for women who like short men but believe they have to succumb to peer pressure or adhere to social norms may feel empowered.

There is no comparison. For taller women, the issue is image and self-conciousness. Plenty of men, especially shorter ones will care not one iota if their partner is taller.
