A friend of mine who did stunt work said this too. He said that a lot of times, the actors in the movies are really short or the actresses are really tall. They do mix it up but most movies it is like a standard.

Butt hurt people will always complain. I don't get why you would have someone that much taller than his real height though. Maybe 5'6... 5'7 tops. Going that over board would piss me off if I was big into his magic.

I agree it is how you go at it. It can be great and you may meet someone who is perfect for you. You may also get rejected into the ground if you don't meet a certain standard. Be careful which place you join.

I hate to say it but it sounds like she is so desperate to impress her mother she is willing to lie about it. Maybe her mother will judge her for seeing someone who is shorter than her father?
