I've literally bought suit jackets and full suits from every major retailer you can think with the most recent being Uniqlo because they generally have smaller sizes. I can't seem to get the right fit though. Jackets are either too roomy underneath the arms, the bottom of the jacket is too long, or the sleeves are too long which is a problem because once the buttons come off the jacket is never the same. Pants are a bit easier.

Can anyone recommend a great store (irl or online) that makes great fitting suits?

I'm not a fan of the Fat Acceptance movement because it is teaching everyone that being fat is okay and it's not. Short guys have no choice in their genetics and it is not "unhealthy" to be short. Being fat is unhealthy period.

I don't think being bald is anywhere as bad as being short... Well at least as society makes it. Being bald can make one self conscious, but society literally believes that being short makes someone inferior.

As much as it annoys me that people make jokes on my height, I try to remain compassionate and ease on making jokes about people's weight and looks.
