If i understand it correctly you mean that, if a guy have achieved something great in life, they point out that he is short. Like "well done for a short guy".
To which i can only agree is discriminating.
Im still in college, so i havnt experienced the workingworld fully.
But the countless jobs that i've worked in my late teenage-age and in my start 20's, i have never ever had heightism happen on the job.
I have however experienced a few comments from female "friends"
The worst experiences that i've had, have actually been out in the city when i am clubbing.
Making a fool out of me on the dancefloot, rejecting me when i approach them, telling me to go home and put on some heighheels.
For me the passive bulling is the worst, when you know the reason is that you are short, but they do not say anything. Which makes me unable to say something back.
Seems like a comedy movie? Which in fact puts height in a bad position.
Rather go for the a hair transplant instead of tattoo.
My current girl have tattoo'ed eyebrows, and i gotta say, its a weak compensation for hair.
Especially if its gonna cover that large of an area like the head.
