this is only true if a man also has the height & face. notice that the man in the meme is 5'9 i.e. of average height. change his height to 5'6 and no amount of gym maxing is going to help him attract women unless he is exceptionally facially attractive.

of course-this is because the vast majority of women find short men to be anywhere from invisible to repulsive. they are very much aware at how they view short men themselves and would never want the fruit of their own loins to experience what they have done to men of below average height.

it is best to remember that women do not compare their own height to a mans height but instead compare a mans height to other men. in fact, personally i have found shorter women to be among the most heightiest (along with tall women of course).

there is a stereotype of asian women which claims that they are only attracted to tall white men. from my observations this seems to be very accurate. for example, there is a very attractive asian women at my gym who is around my height (5'6) and her BF is a 6'8 white guy.

this meme is misleading as true confidence is only possible by experiencing success so in the absence of success, confidence is merely delusional. a man can also be confident in certain area's such as his career, the gym, martial arts & other activities yet have no confidence in others such as dating because he has experienced nothing but failure & rejection from the women he is attracted to.
