Height obsessed parents injecting their short kids with growth hormone

https://nypost.com/2023/03/13/parents-say-growth-hormone-boosts-kids-chance-of-success/

Parents with money aren't having it when it comes to the possibility of their sons being 5'4 adults.

Can't say that I'm surprised that it's happening at that volume. What is surprising is the parents they interviewed wanting to stay anonymous.

Guy "invents" chair to make you grow taller.

He uses it for ten days. More entertaining than anything else, but all of the people in the comments are cheering him on and giving him ideas to make his invention "work" better. He mentions a lot of "scientific" claims in the beginning of the video and postulates that he is looking for a "less invasive way" of getting taller than cosmetic leg-lengthening.

I looked at this as more of entertainment and so should you, though he has believers in the comments.

Short wife and tall husband worried about short son

Found in a Facebook group. Do you wonder what was going through her mind when she was looking for a mate or had her list for what she required in a mate? Do you think she is disappointed that things may not have panned out as she envisioned it?

How much would you pay to grow taller?

If there were a procedure to make you grow taller safely or maybe a magic pill, how much would you pay?

Not talking about Leg Lengthening as that makes your legs longer. I am talking about perfectly proportioned.

I know women who spent over $30,000 on boob jobs. How much would you pay?

Any of ya'll wear insoles? Contemplating between two.

I understand that insoles are a temporary solution, but I just wanna hear what you guys think. I don't think that it's bad since some shoes can make you appear taller anyway. I found some hidden ones like this and like this. Just wanna know ya'lls stance on insoles. Peace and love.

Grow taller scam products that do not work

Prolex,
B-growth,
Kimi,
Yoko,
B-growth pro

and the list goes on.

One guy asked for a refund 3 times by e-mail. This is the response he got."get a life you loser."

Those products guaranteed to make u grow 3-6 inches after using within 3 months. All u have to do is apply it on ur back and neck and behind legs area. Also use a towel to do 5 min stretching daily. They ask u to have a government doctor sign a form and proof u didn't grow if u want a refund. By the time u spend money on a government doctor to sign u'll pay more than the product itself.

They ask u to use it for 60 days at least, since that's the time u won't be able to do a chargeback on ur credit card. Most products come from canada a few from the US. The substance is like oil and random stuff probably that u can get in the house.

We made their BMW's payment for 4 months by buying those products.Keep buying them and u'll give them retirement. I wonder if they 'll ever go to jail? will they keep having success and earn a good income like that?

In the US i guess if ur a good scammer u can get rich quick. retire in 5 years is possible.

Why Tom Cruise doesn't get height surgery if he can grow 5 inches?

For those who say you can't grow taller at age 35, that it's impossible this and that. Guess what's good news? Yes you can.

And I already saved up some money to do it in 2 years. Going for 3 inches first. If I like it, then 2 more inches.

What after that? I'll be 5'9" or 5'11". What is the deep point? Go after your dreams if you want it badly. Pain is temporary, height is forever.

What is a permanent way to grow taller for those who have the resources?

Height surgery www.makemetaller.org read the hospitals where they do it safely and read the diaries.

What's stopping you? Fear. What's not stopping me? You live once and have the resources and the only thing you should fear is the Lord not pain or a 0.5% chance of having a problem.

Where do they do this safely? In many places in the US

What is the cost to do it safely? $60,000 here in North Hollywood, $80k or so in Florida and few places in Baltimore, MD

How much can you lengthen safely? 4-5 inches in 2 pair of bones. Or juts 3 inches in one shot.

How does this sound? Fear only the Lord, not the money, not the pain. Height surgery is improving, not perfecting yourself.

Chances of me getting taller?

Just posted this on /fit/, but got no responses, so I'm copy-pasting it here:

>Mom 5'6
>Dad 5'7
>Be male
>Hit puberty shortly after 11th birthday
>Mosty inherit mom's looks but 5'7 at 18th birthday last fall
>Go from eyelevel to an eyelid taller than dad (like .25 inches) over the course of April but not gotten taller since
>Now really hungry
>Sleep 8-10 hours now (used to be 5-7)
>Gained at least 6 pounds over the past 2 months
>Armspan went from 5'7.5 at most to at least 5'7.75 since early April
How likely is it that I'm getting a second growth spurt? I just want to be 5'9

P.S.: Actually, my arm span was like 5'7.3, so it grew a little more than my height

How hard is it re-stimulate the growth plates?

There seems to be a plastic surgery for just about everything - eyes, face, nose, hands, butt, penis, vagina, abs, but the only thing available to men who want to grow taller is leg lengthening which is barbaric. Why isn't there any progress on alternative height increasing methods?

Accutane to blame?

I was growing normally until I took Accutane. My Mom is 165cm and my Dad is 180cm. At the age of 12 I was 152cm. At the age of 14 I was 168cm. All graphs, charts, and calculations predicted that I would be around 180cm, the same height as my dad. Then I did an Accutane course, which finally got rid of my bad acne (nothing else worked). However, when I got myself measured at 15, I was still 168cm. I never grew again. I'm now 29. For the longest time I wondered why I had so quickly slid down the height charts, and so did my parents, relatives, and family friends. At first I thought it was my less than ideal nutrition as a teenager, or the fact that I didn't sleep enough or some other environmental thing. But then I read testimonies from others who said Accutane stunted their potential, and it all started to make sense. The timeframe coincided perfectly. I got used to being short though, it doesn't bother me anymore. But it's crazy how many people are taller than me nowadays. They say the average female is 5ft 4, but in my experience it seems like 5ft 6 is more accurate. And when I go out to bars and girls are wearing heels, I'm shorter than most of them. Anyone have a similar experience with Accutane?

Is the site NaturalHeightGrowth full of crap?

I've been to this site and it's full of research with pages and pages worth of posts. Don't know how long they've been at it but they suggest all of these things you can do to grow taller though none of the stuff there has been confirmed by anyone in the medical community nor has anyone commented "hey this works!" in any of their comments. Are they legit or full of s***?
