How to cure leaky gut?

I jut found out it is an issue I have. Not sure what to do about it. My doc told me I need to change my eating habits or it can get worse over time and lead to anything from food allergies to auto-immune diseases. Yike!

The "height" question?

Did you respond yet? I would imagine you did by now. I think she just wanted to know because it is something she is curious about not that she is worried you are too short or too tall. If she cared over vanity it would have came up sooner.

For you guys looking for smaller shoes...

I was on ebay today and was searching for Steven Madden shoes. I wear a size 10, but noticed they had sizes down to a 5 and 6 in mens! It's not just Steve Madden either. I found Coach, Eastlands and other brands when looking. It's worth checking out. Just go to ebay and set the size to what you are looking for in the left sidebar.

Lightbox Feature Added

From now any image inserted into a post using the IMAGE button in the FORMATTING menu will allow the image to be displayed in a lightbox when clicked. Here are the steps to make that happen:

 

1. Press The Image Button In The Formatting Menu

2. Put the URL of the picture you want to display under the INFO tab

3. Put the same URL used above in the URL field in under the LINK tab.


 

For best results, set the width of your pics no larger than 375 px.

How does this make you feel?

there are more muscle/meat heads that acct this way than shorter men. This is just one of those comments that makes me shake my head because of the immaturity.

So I went out to shoot pool last night with some friends. This drunk dude, musta been in his early 40's was hitting on all these 20 somethings. He was a completel pig and full of himself. I can tell her had money too. But the one woman he was hitting on came over to our table and asked us to borrow use our spare stool and this dude stands up and goes "oh! I get it! You have a thing for migets!". I was so pissed off that I left after that game ended. My one buddy was going to start a fight with him over it. Not only was it offensive to me, but very offensive to anyone under 5'. I really wanted to just punch the dude. A few of the other people were laughing too to make matters worse. I swear I hadn't felt that crappy since High School. I just wanted to vent. This is why i don't go out where people drink anymore.

"No, the major strength that "Fat Acceptance" (FA) has over "Short Acceptance?" (SA) is that FA has directly questioned and rejected the value judgment associated with their stigma. That is, being fat has been thought of as a bad thing since the start of the modern era at least. But this was never an issue because everyone agreed that being fat was ugly, unhealthy, and undesired. It didn't become an issue until someone stood up and rejected the social convention. Until someone actually rejected that idea and said "fat is not ugly - it's beautiful; fat is not unhealthy - one can be healthy at any size; and fat is not undesirable - we are proud to be fat." Once that happened, there was a fucking problem. Now there is a social issue at contention and the FA movement was born."

Lack of self esteem in women linked to "needing" taller/bigger men

I read this the other day that women who lack self esteem and confidence and more likely to date only taller or more buff men. Why? Well it continued to read that women who feel fat enjoy being with someone who makes them feel small, women who feel their aren't as worthy feel more worth in the arms of a bigger/taller man. Anyone ever hear something like this?

In your experience, or for them women out there, what it the first thing a female notices about a man? I know with men to women, it is usually the overall figure, the hair, and the lips.

Are ties different lengths?

I would like to get my fiance a few to have because he is always saying he don't have any. I have never gotten a tie for anyone so I am wondering if they are different lengths??

Random I know but I will be attending a formal event and I don't know if I should do a bow or a tie. I am not one to dress up often. Which is classier. It is a small wedding I am going to.

Board Shorts vs Trunks

So I am torn here. I want to get longer length shorts for swimming so I need to get board shorts, but they are toooooo long. Regular trunks are too short to me. I want them to hit on or right above the knee. I am not sure what to do about this. Do they make board shorts for shorter guys?

A friend got asked out by a taller woman...

I have a newish friend I met through my cousin. He is short, about my height. Well he hasn't been in a relationship in a while and only ever had one girl. They dated from middle school on till he was 21 then they broke it off for good when she cheated on him with some jock at her college. You can gues his height. Anyways, a woman asked him out but she is 3 inches taller than him and he doesn't feel like he should date her over it. She clearly has no issue so why should he? She is a beautiful woman I don't get it.
